لنز را در جالنزی مخصوص قرار داده و از محلول داخل آن بریزید حداقل 3 الی6 ساعت لنز در جالنزی قرارداشته باشد.ایجاد کف در محلول طبیعی هست.بعد از خارج کردن از جالنزی 15دقیق در جالنزی ساده و غوطه ور در سرم قرار بگیرد.
و پس از آبکشی داخل چشم قرار بگیرد.
